Italian Family Festa 2026

If you landed here that means you are interested in volunteering at our Festa and we are happy to have you. Please review the schedule, any restrictions (min age, club relationship, etc) and options below, sign up and get a friend to sign up with you (just make sure to have them register and select a shift). You'll get confirmation and reminders emails. If you don't see a position or time it means that we have filled that slot.

If you would like to work several shifts during the day(s), just select each one before you complete your registration. You always have the option to return to this site with your email and add more shifts later, but they may have already been taken. Shift positions are filled on a first come basis.

Please NOTE: It is okay to sign up for back-to-back shifts throughout the day as you may notice a new shift starting time before your current shift ending time.

You must be at least 15 and a half years of age or older and sign the waiver to volunteer at the 2026 Festa.

All Volunteers will receive reminders and event info, parking locations, and shift information prior to the Festa. Please add the following email to your approved senders or your contacts to ensure delivery:

"Festa Volunteers" from Volunteers@italianfamilyfestasj.org

You will be contacted if we need to reassign you to a different shift or volunteer position ahead of the Festa

A little bit about us:
The Italian American Heritage Foundation, a non-profit organization, presents the Festa each year and continues to make this event a free for all to attend and enjoy Italian culture. Your generous donation of time allows us to continue this tradition now in its 44th year.

I release the Italian American Heritage Foundation (IAHF) and its respective officers, employees and volunteer workers from all claims for loss, injury, illness or death occurring and/or related to participation. IAHF may use pictures, videos or sound recordings of me for promotional materials such as brochures, posters, and website.

I understand that the IAHF does not provide Workers' Compensation insurance and that in the event of injury or illness, I will look to my own insurance coverage.

I attest that I meet any booth age (ABC rules) or health code restrictions for any volunteer positions I signup for including not consuming alcohol during my shift.

If I have chosen to be a Parking Shuttle-Golf Cart driver I have read and agree to the additional terms enclosed in that job description by signing and submitting this form.

I will arrive on time for my shift and contact the volunteer team if running late.

If for any reason you need to change your shift, you agree to contact the volunteer team at least one week in advance.
